Chad provided top notch service while fixing my pickup. He would not settle for anything less than complete resolution of my repair. He truly went above and beyond, even when things went a little sideways. His professionalism and dedication to quality service earned him a permanent customer. I've been a client of COMPASSION AUTO CARE since they were just a seedling being planted in the minds of the owners. I cannot express how grateful I am to have been blessed with Chad as my mechanic. As the daughter of a mechanic and auto body technician, I am very particular and picky about who touches my engine and works on my vehicles and I do not trust anyone else with the upkeep of my vehicles. I highly recommend Chad! He is professional, easy to deal with, honest, and goes above and beyond! Last week my son needed a repair on his truck; Chad came out promptly to our home and diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and when it came in he back out and installed the part and had someone there to reprogram the system. He was here almost all day, and into the evening until the job was completed! My son is back on the road! This week I contacted him late at night regarding an issue with my vehicle, he responded and offered advice. Can’t say enough about his service! If you are in need of a mobile mechanic call Chad!

Chad is knowledgeable and skillful. He has great rates and I can tell he’s an honest businessman as well. As I have several classic cars he will be my go-to man when I can’t figure out future problems. Which to be honest will probably be a lot.

THIS GUY ******* ROCKS! My wife's C250 had a horrible noise coming from the front end and it was driving both of us crazy. I tried everything to fix it myself but couldn't. I put a service request in on yelp for mobile mechanics and he was the first one to hit me up. I AM SO GLAD HE DID. He came to my house and within 30 min he had tightened a few things he found underneath the car and then we took it for a test drive and BOOM noise gone. He was thorough and did recommend new front bearings which I will have him due. He was honest with me about how soon I needed them done. Money is tight so that really helped. All this for only $121. Best monet I've spent in a minute. He is my new mechanic for sure. He won't let you down. Oh and he even told me if he couldn't figure out the issue he wouldn't charge me. Thanks again Chad your a lifesaver!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Compassion Auto Care. Chad came out to my home to replace my brakes, and from the very beginning, I felt completely taken care of. My brakes were in pretty bad shape, and honestly, I was a little overwhelmed going into it. But Chad has such a calm, kind way about him. He took the time to explain everything in simple terms, never making me feel rushed or talked down to. He made sure I understood what was happening and why, which meant a lot to me. Throughout the whole process, he kept me in the loop and checked in, which gave me such peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and genuine compassion the way he does. Having the work done at home was incredibly convenient, but more than that, I truly felt like I was in good hands. That kind of trust is priceless. Chad is a blessing, I went too several shops to get my trailer lights repaired and was UNSUCCESSFUL I put an post up on the neighborhood app and Chad replied that was the last shop that I had to go to my trailer lights repaired and working great I recommend Chad for ANY car repairs he takes his time and get the job done right the FIRST time at an affordable rate. Reliable, honest, and informed! Chad took care of my Lexus and went above and beyond to ensure that I was in the loop through the entire process. It’s hard to find mechanics and shops that you can put your trust in, but Compassion Auto was above and beyond. Highly recommend if you need work done, he will take care of you!

If only I had known about Compassion Auto Care *before* I made the worst auto decision of my life! Within 2 weeks of my used auto purchase, I was quoted 3 jobs that exceeded 70% of it's value. I was then blessed with Chad's contact information, and he's done more than double the work over the last few months AND for less than half of those quotes ~ simpl;y amazing! When having difficulties with the dealer, he even graced me by physically joining me in a visit to the dealership to ensure they couldn't take advantage of me again. With travel, that in itself was HOURS of his time that NO other mechanic would have been willing to do - yet he did! What's more, he's offered prayers for my disability challenges and for those of my loved ones. God most certainly guided Chad in selecting the best business name. My heartfelt thanks and appreciation for keeping ME mobile with your mobile service!

I called Chad on three separate occasions to do a quick pre-purchase check on a few used vehicles as i was searching for a used Nissan Frontier for my son. Chad was kind and courteous. His service was thorough and affordable. He asked specifically about our needs and advised us about purchasing used Nissans and once we purchased our vehicle, her offered to help us with anything we needed in the future. I am pleased to know that there are people in this business like Chad.
